Just like to ask when will the Debian 13 package be ready to try out
This thread, at the time of replying, is in the "Raspberry Pi OS" subforum.
So replying in respect of that recommended and supported Raspberry Pi distribution, and NOT with regard to the generic 'mainstream' Debian 13 release.
Past precedent is that Raspberry Pi do not publically pre-announce the upcoming availability of anticipated RasPiOS releases. You will find out that it is ready via the official Raspberry Pi News Blog at https://www.raspberrypi.com/news/, or by it being mentioned in these forums.
Looking back, we can see that RasPiOS Bookworm (based on Debian 12) was released around 10-Oct-2023; RasPiOS Bullseye (based on Debian 11) was released about 30-Oct-2021. Previous releases of RasPiOS had shorter lags after the mainstream Debian release announcement.
So you are unlikely to get a definite date in response to your query. One could guess that it will be between now and the end of October 2025.
As already mentioned, there is an open invitation to participate in a test of upgrading (ie. NOT having a new 'package' to try out) from RasPiOS Bookworm to RasPiOS Trixie.
{OT: I am older than you, so have even more reason to be impatient... }
