It says "This repository was archived by the owner on Apr 26, 2024. It is now read-only." There are no issues after this date, so there is probably no way to submit an issue.
I discovered why they are different now. I use a better version of neofetch from Pi-Apps on the Raspberry Pi 500.
Pi-Apps: "This version of Neofetch is better than what can be found by default from APT. It correctly detects CPU and GPU info on ARM systems - details which are hidden in the official version."
