Are you providing power to the display as well as USB to the Pi for touch?
I have a couple of similar ones at the office, and they tend to backpower the USB ports, which the Pi won't like. They are also quite tetchy about the order you connect things in.
When it does work, it should just be a standard USB HID device, so no extra drivers should be needed.
