A second point regarding I2C devices and particularly modules that are bought pre assembled:
Eg. The LCD displays fitted with a piggyback I2C board
We should presume that these devices already have pull-up resistors on the SDA and SCL lines and therefore SHOULD NOT be connected up as parallel I2C devices?
Thoughts please?
