Raspberry Pi OS • Re: how to start an application with a certain size window

This is solved. Below are the details. I hope it helps others!

Hi,

Xeoma "remembers" the size and position of the window on screen with the help of the "user.cache" file (more on where to find it here). However, please note the following about that file:
1) Each OS user that runs Xeoma will have their own "user.cache" file, each fully independent from the others.
2) The info gets stored in the file when the window is closed.

With this in mind, you can let Xeoma open the window at startup for you, change the size to what you need, close the window manually and then open it again. Do this once, and now with every startup you will always automatically have Xeoma's window at the size you've set for it.

If you have any questions, suggestions, etc, please let us know. We will be glad to help you.

Hello,

I am running xeoma server/client on a raspberry pi 5 with raspberry pi os. I am wanting to know if I can start xeoma with a certain size window on startup. I have xeoma auto starting but I need the window larger.

Thanks for your help
