Also is there a blob of solder sticking on RP2040 pins?
If soldering by hand, it would help to use some (very) low temperature solder paste (like Sn42Bi57Ag1 melting at 138°C).
It is also handy for de-soldering high temperature solders by mixing and lowering the melting temperature.
