Beginners • Zero 2 w / Pi-hole

Hello,
I installed pi-hole on a zero 2 w.
I'm just wondering what makes more sense :
running 24/24 - 7/7
or shutdown for a few hours during three nights (every second night) in a week (automatic power switch for reboot)
