I have the same issue, did you fixed it? how can i fix?

I gave the Raspberry Pi to another person, and here's what he wrote to me:

"I revived the Raspberry. The issue was with the EEPROM, specifically that this revision requires the EEPROM firmware from September '24. The new firmware breaks the boot process, which is exactly why the LED was blinking. Here's the GitHub link: https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-eeprom/issues/747

If I understood the issue linked on Github the new firmware doesn't work with 2GB and 4GB models that have been field upgraded to 8GB.

The kitten named Shy looked at the ground and mewed softly, if it's not broke don't fix it. The OS shouldn't even prompt to update the EEPROM of an otherwise working system.

According to Scratchy the options are dump it in the landfill or revert to the earlier firmware. Purr just purred, get a Pi 500 Plus instead.

In my opinion kittens have too many opinions.
