Well, you need to acquire the image somehow. RPi Imager will download it for you, but you won't learn anything, and if it doesn't work then you are sad and confused.I'm confused on what you mean, it won't let me download the image at all, unless you mean there's someone way to manually download the image (octoprint?) onto the computer and then transfer it onto the card.Just download the image and use dd to write it to the card.
Also, just to be clear, there are four USB ports on a Pi 4.
You could download the image at home.
You could set up your phone as a wifi hotspot and connect to it instead of the school wifi.
There are probably other ways to circumvent the school's restrictions - obviously they won't get mad and punish you as it's a place of learning, right?

The basic procedure is:
Acquire image
Write to card
Insert card in Pi
There are. Two of them are USB3 ports, but that doesn't affect anything.There are? It seemed only two of the USB ports could fit my usb-sd adapter and host, while the other two could only fit the USB connecting to my ender v3 pro.
