To give some perspective, we are making approximately 90 thousand Pi5s a week. So the problem rate is actually quite low.
That doesn't mean we don't want to find all the issues, we do. So anything that can help figure out these freezes would be most welcome.
Freezes are often power supply related. But it's also possible the Pi is defective or there's a software incompatibility with some attached hardware.
