viewtopic.php?p=2149281#p2149281, viewtopic.php?p=2149367#p2149367 and subsequent.I saw that too when the 32-bit Raspbian version of the Bookworm release of Raspberry Pi OS first came out. I don't remember where I posted, but my understanding at the time was that this is the expected behaviour due to an incompatibility.
