I would have thought so but I haven't tried it, and you might have to if no one else has cut them off already.Can I cut off the extending screw tabs so I can make it fit as a sensor panel inside my lower tower?
I recall reading warnings about screwing directly into the display itself as the back of the LCD is unprotected, so take care, use short screws or washers to limit depth of penetration.
