If so I'll tell my client to contact you as we knock the clock back a bit in any case, but obviously don't want to waste their time and look silly if they are not.These are "binned" devices, they cannot maintain the higher clock, so are sold at the lower speed and a lower price. That said, they should not be generally available - just for specific customers who are happy with the degradation in performance. You do need to set the max ARM frequency manually in config.txt, and the specific customers are aware of this.
