run the whole board with external sources without inner regulators to the RP2350A chip. Make sure, it is not a custom PCB as well but Pico2W.

I still don't understand why.

I can understand wanting to run the RP2350 from another 1.1V supply in an if you are making your own PCB and already have another 1.1V regulator on the PCB, or an LDO might be cheaper than the required inductor. But I don't understand why you would want to remove it from a Pico when it is already there?
