Have you used the Screen Configuration app to rotate the screen, or manually added xrandr commands?Touch is working fine but it's not following the 180 deg. rotation.
As standard install everything is upside down when you have the power connector for screen and pi at the top.
If I change screen rotation inside the OS the background / menues everything flip 180 deg. but the touch does not follow.
Screen Configuration should write /usr/share/dispsetup.sh with the xrandr command, and /usr/share/tssetup.sh with the relevant "xinput --map-to-output <device> DSI-1" command. On the context menu that allows you to select orientation you'll also find a menu option for assigning a touch controller to that display. That should be automatically selected for the Pi display, but check it for yourself.
