I do not have an answer I was just going to say that the software I used has the same issue.

I've been using PiKrellCam for years, and love it.
It's been running on a Pi Zero W, with an OG Pi camera, since forever.
I was fix'n to upgrade the OS from "Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)" to "Raspbian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie)" the other day.
My upgrade project was abruptly halted when I discovered that the camera library used by PiKrellCam is not supported on trixie.
That's when I was sad to learn that PiKrellCam project appears to have been abandoned long ago.
So, I'm stuck on buster for now and forever, I guess.
Anyone have any suggestions for a PiKrellCam replacement on RPi Zero W, running trixie?
