The card could be faking its capacity (very common). Recalbox is a fairly small image, it might fit on a 4GB card where Raspberry Pi OS will need more. If you actually have a 4GB card that is pretending to be a 32GB card (for example), Recalbox will fit on the real 4GB, but Raspberry Pi OS will go over the 4GB and although the card will report that the data was written correctly, it isn't.Yeah but how does recalbox work then?If it says flashing failed then that implies a problem with the SD cards.
