On a standard Pi CM4IO board you should have addresses 0x51 (RTC) and 0x2f (fan controller) responding. The bus is also shared with the CAM1 and DISP1 connectors.
As you see neither, I'd suspect that the CM4 isn't seated properly, but it would also be worth checking the pin muxing with "pinctrl get 44,45" to ensure they report as a1 and SDA0/SCL0 after you've done "sudo i2cdetect -y 10".
