What Raspberry OS should I install on a Pi Zero 2 ?
The Pi Zero processor is on 64 bit, but when I try to use te Imager to put the OS on the SD Card, they recommend the 32bit version...

I use the 64-bit Lite Bookworm OS. The 32-bit version may use less memory which could be helpful with "only" 512MB.

Does the USB power cable needs to have all 4 wires connected, or just the +5V and GND, to power Pi Zero 2 ?

Only the +5V and ground wires are needed to power the Zero 2W.

You can use either micro USB socket for power, but only the one marked USB for data.
