I had a mix of cards and drives. Some were Single Ended, some were Differential, some were Wide, some weren't.The biggest challenge in setting one up here is likely to be figuring out which SCSI adapter would work with such a drive (there are lots of the drives around), and finding a machine to stuff it in. I remember the Adaptec 154x (won't work) and the 294x (might work?).
I think the main cards I used were the 1542, 2940 and 2944. I also had an adaptor from printer port to SCSI. I had DOS drivers for it. That was very slow.
I know there is a SCSI storage emulator called (IIRC) BlueSCSI that uses an RP2040 to emulate a SCSI disk. I wonder if something like that could be adapted as a USB/SCSI interface.
