Nah, something isn't right. I just tried the hermanhermitage/videocoreiv dumpbootrom and put 0x7ec75000 instead of 0x60000000 and it's not writing anything to the uart past the 0x7ec75000: . They do this "ldq" instruction and I'm not sure if it works with peripheral addresses, I remember one of the patents diagrams said there was a specific block that reads memory mapped registers.
