Out of curiosity - can you point to where its stated here that asking for help on commercial issues is no go? If I missed that during sign-up sincere apologies. Happy to pay for support (and we do in many cases) - however we assumed (like the other 10000's of tech forums for products) that community support is always a first option.
For the record we are actually developing a in-house solution for a non-profit where we have "End Users" that are not tech savy and prefer to put their time towards helping families in need and not mucking around with tech. However that has nothing to do with the question we asked.
