Fixed it in the end ![:)]( "Smile")
So in total I replaced both chips and also quartz crystals next to them on both sides, then also replaced a diode next to the Ethernet port and USB 3 and two chips that look like filters between the BCM54213PE and PoE.
None of that actually did the trick in full, so then I reflowed VL805 IC and voila - "we have picture" (c) Sorin![:D]( "Very Happy")
