Beginners • Temporarily downgrading php

I need to run an old website on a local server temporarily. Unfortunately that site will only work with php7.3.
I have an old Pi3 with Apache2 and php7.4 installed that I'm going to use for this. I have installed php7.3.

How do I instruct Apache2 to switch from php7.4 to php7.3?
