Sorry to sound a bit stupid but should the display even matter, you can plug in a pi after it boots up. I also tried connecting with VNC which didn't work so I don't believe the issue is the dmi cable, I am new so I may be completely wrong about this, just asking xD.that image reports EDID=none for both ports
so your display or hdmi cable is bad
its likely booting perfectly fine, but due to the lack of EDID, its not outputing any video once booted
