This would be helpful if you posted a picture of the JST connector in question, so I can get an idea of what you're talking about

Is it that white connector next to the WiFi module (assuming you have that)

Also, are you sure its 0.1mm? Because that is awfully to close together. Are you sure you its not a 1.25mm pitch?
