I ran rpi-update on my Pi 5 and now get multiple issues. Is there any way to revert it?
Yes, but the best option would be to report what issues you are having, so they can be fixed.

rpi-update takes two parameters:

Code:

sudo rpi-update <firmware_hash> <bootloader_hash>
You can use "master" for each of these (or omit them) to get the default, latest update.
Or pass in a hash for the update you want. You can see the hashes for bootloader here:
https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-eepr ... ts/master/

e.g. use d4918d4d4c099d04b5602fc1308babcf3c1df11b for the version from Feb 8th.
Thanks. Something absolutely wild started to happen:
1) I get multiple errors like this:
usb 1-1.3: device not accepting address 14, error -32
usb 1-1-port3: unable to enumerate USB device

2) my green LED blinks on a Pi 5 like it used to on previous models. It surely did not blink and as far as I've seen there was no option to make it blink via rasp-config on a Pi 5. I'am afraid that maybe somehow a wrong firmware got installed on my Pi 5? Sounds absolutely wild, but is that even possible?

Same issue here. Updated today my Pi 5 and none of my USB HDDs work anymore.
Really bad update in this case

If i connect a usb hdd now the mount tool hangs and the pi cant be even not rebooted or shudown. the mounting process somehow crashs and with the crash some other stuff like reebot doesnt work anymore

Update: It seems also it only happens to NTFS formatted drives
