As a note, move the cell to another place, either under the ethernet port or camera connector. Where it is now it looks to be under the backside of the SoC area.
If you move the cell, then the SoC area can loose heat better from the backside, also it'll not heat the cell up. The ethernet/camera ports is the coolest area of the board.
