Step Two: Undo the last things you did and see if that helps.
Step Three: Disconnect everything except a screen (including boot media). Post the diagnostics screen that you should get.
Step Four: Boot with a clean OS installation and nothing else beyond a monitor connected.
Step Five: reconnect/reinstall things one at a time until you find what breaks.
