Hallo all. I am searching for someone that can upload a clone of its Pi OS with working Midi Uart on pins 14-15.
I Have a PI4B and a Midi Hat which uses ttymidi for opening the Serial uart and communicate with the Pi.
But I can't find an Os or a complete, updated guide, to make Midi work.
So I am looking for someone with a Pi4 or Pi3 with a Pi OS image that is set up for sending/receiving standard Midi
on pins 14-15. I Would need a clone of that Os .img. It can be done with Balena etcher or Clonezilla.
Just reset the browsers logs and cookies, and revert to standard Pi username an password before doing the img,
or include the password with the .img, so it can be used.
It seems some Midi Uart hubs had Stretch and some Buster. Some says they even got it working with Bullseye.
But I couldn't replicate the working environment and I never got Midi Uart working.
So I hope that someone might have an old Pi that used to work as a Midi hub only with the pins 14-15 and an octocoupler
Midi hat or circuit (Pisound for example uses another method, and I couldn't use an img made to work with PiSound).
