You could use diodes, zeners, resisters etc to reduce RS332 voltage levels to 3V3 TTL levels.
But also note that USB serial cable/adaptor cost only 2 USD or so if you buy a 10-pack. Also a hub is cheap if it needs only 9600 baud or so.
