I am trying to better understand the differences between rpicam-raw and rpicam-still, particularly regarding the stage of the PiSP front-end from which the data is output.
- At what point in the PiSP front-end pipeline is the raw data output by rpicam-raw taken?
- At what point in the PiSP front-end is the DNG data output by rpicam-still --raw taken?
- At which point in Figure 5 of the raspberry-pi-image-signal-processor-specification.pdf is this data taken?- What are the main differences between the .raw file output by rpicam-raw and the .dng file output using the --raw option with rpicam-still?
I would appreciate any detailed information or references to relevant documentation regarding the above.
Thank you.
