After you have copied the MicroPython UF2 file to the Pico 2W, go into a command line terminal and see what ''dmesg' shows at the end and what 'lsusb' shows.
That the Pico 2W reboots after copying the UF2 suggests you used a suitable MicroPython UF2 for a Pico 2 but we can confirm that if you tell us what the UF2 filename was.
This would be the one recommended though I haven't tried that myself - v1.27.0 (2025-12-09) ...

I believe you may have to use Thonny 4.1.7 rather than 3.3.14 and, as it's the latest, it is what is recommended. I can't see anything that you have done wrong and it looks like it should be working to me. It would be worth trying with another Pico 2W in case there is an issue with the one you have.
