Thanks for your reply. I will have to admit that I didn't use the right keywords to get to your post. Anyways we looked through it, but this isn't quite our use-case. From what I could understand, you are only manually reading EEprom contents via the i2c lines on HDMI. We want to both read and write to i2c devices connected on these lines. We followed the instructions described on your post, and even though we can successfully list the devices connected, we can't write to them.
