Visual inspection of the board for any signs of damage?

Check voltage on GPIO Header 3.3V pin.

No signs of damage, the robot was stationary when the issue occurred and it was safely installed in an enclosure anyhow where there are no moving parts.

Sadly, no voltage on the 3.3v pin. I'm guessing this is not good news?
